FR3000 Mold release agent: 1000 ltg (ibc) FR3000 Concrete mold release agent is a new generation solvent-free high-performance concrete mold release agent with affordable prices. FR3000 is a water-based mold release agent and is an environmentally friendly product that complies with the latest REACH and European Union environmental and human health standards.
FR3000 creates a film layer between the concrete and the mold, allowing the concrete to be separated from the mold very easily. Thus, the surface quality of the concrete increases considerably and the life of the mold is extended since the concrete is prevented from sticking to the mold. In addition, FR3000 Mold release agent is also used in mold cleaning.

FR3000 Mold Release Agent Usage Method
It is recommended to use FR3000 Mold Release Agent without dilution. Molds must be clean and dry before applying the mold release agent. Mold release agent is coated on the mold surface using one of the spray, roller or brush methods. The application amount should be adjusted according to the absorbency of the surface. Wooden molds may require more lubrication than normal during the first application. The product should be applied until it forms a thin film layer on the mold. Oiled molds should be protected from rain, snow and hail.
During use and storage, the product must be used and stored in accordance with the use and storage conditions specified in the material safety data sheet.
