FR2000 Mold release agent: 200 lt (Sheet metal drum) FR2000 Concrete mold release agent is a synthetic concrete mold release agent with affordable prices. FR2000 is a synthetic mold release agent and is a clean concrete mold release agent used purely. It has a more environmentally friendly structure compared to generally used petroleum-derived mold release agents.
Its flash point, which is important for occupational health and safety, is 200 º C and above, and it is a suitable product in terms of health and the environment.

How to Use FR2000 Mold Release Agent
It is recommended to use FR2000 Mold Release Agent without dilution. Molds must be clean and dry before applying the mold release agent. Mold release agent is coated on the mold surface using one of the spray, roller or brush methods. The application amount should be adjusted according to the absorbency of the surface. Wooden molds may require more lubrication than normal during the first application. The product should be applied until it forms a thin film layer on the mold. Oiled molds should be protected from rain, snow and hail.
During use and storage, the product must be used and stored in accordance with the use and storage conditions specified in the material safety data sheet.
