FR1000 Mold release agent: 1000 lt (Ibc tank) FR1000 Concrete mold release agent is a mineral oil based concrete mold release agent with affordable prices. FR1000 is a mineral oil based mold release agent and prevents adhesion between fresh concrete and mold, allowing the mold to be separated from the concrete more easily and to obtain concrete with a smooth surface.
Due to its superior separation feature, it does not create waves or stains on the surface. It prevents the formation of surface bubbles and pores.

FR1000 Concrete Mold Release Agent Usage Method
It is recommended to use FR1000 Mold Release Agent without dilution. Molds must be clean and dry before applying the mold release agent. Mold release agent is coated on the mold surface using one of the spray, roller or brush methods. The application amount should be adjusted according to the absorbency of the surface. Wooden molds may require more lubrication than normal during the first application. The product should be applied until it forms a thin film layer on the mold. Oiled molds should be protected from rain, snow and hail.
During use and storage, the product must be used and stored in accordance with the use and storage conditions specified in the material safety data sheet.
