8'' DN 200 Magnetic Anti-Limescale Features
Aqua magnetic anti-limescale devices can be produced between dn 15 and dn 1000, i.e. from 1/2 '' to 144'' diameter. Aqua magnetic anti-limescale can be produced in five different ways to perform their duties flawlessly under temperatures such as 90°C, 100°C, 180°C, 250°C, 800°C.
Magnetic anti-limescale body, connection elements and housings are made of AISI 304 quality stainless steel and neodymium iron boron alloy magnets with a flux density of 14,500 Gauss. Since stainless steel does not adversely affect the magnetic field, the magnetic force created by the magnets is transferred to the water as is.
In case of a manufacturing defect during the warranty period of Aqua magnetic anti-limescale devices, the devices are directly replaced with new ones instead of repair.
In addition, the devices are CE certified within the scope of Module A as they meet the requirements of the 97/23/EC Pressure Equipment Directive published by the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
