Balance Tank, the fluid liquid used in the installations loses some heat during its return from the installations to the distribution channel. These heat losses cause thermal stresses in the boilers. These stresses negatively affect the life of the boiler and shorten it. The task of the balance tank starts at this point. It is to provide thermal balance in the mixture of the cooled fluid liquid coming from the installation and the hot fluid liquid coming from the boiler. In this way, the thermal balance is kept at a minimum level. The temperature can also be controlled with the help of sensors connected to them. The product is body welded and made of carbon steel. Pressure test has been performed in all productions. A discharge sleeve is placed in the lower part of the balance tank and a vent sleeve is placed in the upper part. The balance tank should be used upright.
