Alpex pipe is a multi-layered pipe with a design that brings together metal and plastic. It combines the advantages of both metal and plastic. In addition to its high mechanical strength, it is also highly resistant to corrosion. Lightweight, flexible and with low heat conduction, alpex pipes are produced in various sizes between 16 mm and 32 mm diameters according to the needs in the area of use.

The inner surface of the product is made of PE-xb, a smooth and cross-linked polyethylene material for the purpose of ensuring cleanliness. The middle layer of the pipe protects the walls from oxygen distribution, is hard and durable. This is a type of aluminum foil layer made using Tig welding. A special bonding technology was used with binding layers to tightly clamp the aluminum foil to the plastic layers where it stands side by side. Finally, the fact that the outer surface is made of Pe-Xb, a polyethylene material reinforced with cross-links that are resistant to corrosion and protect the aluminum layer from damage, makes the product advantageous.

Water flows quickly in the hose, and it has superior resistance to both breakage and rupture. Alpex pipe, which has very low thermal conductivity, is frequently used in cold and hot water installations, combi boilers, floor heating systems, required parts of underfloor heating systems, drinking water distribution networks, solar energy systems and industrial areas.
