2. SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT

The subject of this contract is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation regarding the sale and delivery of the product(s ) whose characteristics and sales prices are specified below and which the BUYER ordered electronically through the teknofer.com.tr website belonging to the SELLER.

4. DELIVERY AND INVOICING

• The product is delivered to the address specified by the BUYER during the order, within the legal period (30 days at the latest).

• Delivery is made by a cargo company. If the BUYER is not at the address at the time of delivery, he/she must contact the cargo company.

• The invoice is sent as an e-archive to the e-mail address specified during the order or is delivered physically with the product.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

• The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.

• In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, written notice must be given to the SELLER within this period.

• Products returned within the scope of the right of withdrawal must be sent back unused, with undamaged packaging, and with the invoice and all accessories.

The products for which the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised are as follows:

• Products prepared in line with the consumer's special requests or personal needs.

• Unpackaged software, digital content, license keys

• Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (in-ear headphones, etc.)

6. PAYMENT

BUYER can make the payment via credit card, bank transfer or other digital payment systems. The contract comes into force upon completion of payment.

7. SELLER'S LIABILITY

The SELLER is obliged to deliver the ordered products within the period specified in the contract, complete and free of defects, together with warranty documents and user manuals.

8. IN CASE OF DISPUTE

In disputes that may arise from this contract, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the BUYER's place of residence are authorized within the monetary limits determined each year by the Ministry of Trade .

9. ENFORCEMENT

This contract shall enter into force on the date it is approved electronically by the BUYER. The parties accept and declare that they have read, understood and approved all the terms of this contract.
