Cancellation and Refund Conditions

As Teknofer.com.tr, we attach importance to customer satisfaction. On this page, the conditions for order cancellation, product return and exchange processes are stated in detail.
1. Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order before it is shipped , you can contact us by sending an e-mail to bilgi@teknofer.com.tr or [0 332 234 24 99].
Cancellation is not possible for orders that have been shipped; in this case, the refund process will be applied.
2. Return Conditions
You can return the products that meet the following conditions within 14 days from the date of delivery:
The product must be unused , its packaging must be intact , and its accessories must be complete .
The product must be sent with its original invoice.
Products that have had their protective tape or labels removed, have been installed or have been used are not considered for return.
Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons: in-ear headphones, software licenses, personal care products, etc.
When sending your return cargo, please do not forget to fill out the return form completely.
3. Return Process
After the product reaches us, it is checked by our technical team within 3 business days .
Once the return is approved, the refund will be made to you within 10 business days at the latest, depending on the payment method.
Refunds are made to the card or bank account you used to make the payment. Bank processing times may vary.
4. Conditions of Exchange
Product exchange requests are limited to products that are in stock only.
The exchange process works the same way as the return process; you can create a new order after returning the product.
5. Damaged or Faulty Products
If you receive a damaged, broken, missing or incorrect product during delivery, you must contact us on the day you receive the product .
If the cargo package is damaged, a report must be kept before accepting delivery . Otherwise, the cargo company does not accept responsibility.

7. Return Shipping Fee
If the reason for return is due to the company (e.g. wrong product, defective product), the shipping cost will be covered by our company.
If the reason for the return is customer-related (e.g. dislike, wrong order), the shipping cost belongs to the customer.
8. Legal Basis
This return policy has been prepared within the scope of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Sales Regulation .
